They are seeking multiple Java Software Engineer's to play a key role in shaping technical direction, contributing to strategic decisions, and building greenfield products from the ground up.
Java Software Engineer requirements:
- Strong coding skills in Java (ideally with Spring Boot or Micronaut) and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Comfortable working with complex legacy systems and improving existing codebases
- Skilled at mentoring and motivating team members while fostering a positive, growth-focused culture
- Confident in making technical decisions and contributing to the evolution of a simpler, future-ready architecture
- Proven experience designing and delivering high-quality software
