They are seeking a Java Technical Lead to play a key role in shaping technical direction, leading the team, contributing to strategic decisions, and building greenfield products from the ground up.

⚙️The Role:

• Own a core transformation project, rearchitecting a flagship product with zero customer downtime
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and a product manager, driving a high-performing culture
• Stay hands-on in engineering while leading from the front

✅Java Technical Lead requirements:

• Strong coding skills in Java (Spring Boot or Micronaut) and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Comfortable improving complex legacy systems
• Able to mentor engineers and foster a positive team culture
• Confident making technical decisions and shaping a future-ready architecture
