We’re working with a large, consumer-facing digital platform operating at significant scale (20M+ users), looking for a Checkout Product Manager to help evolve and optimise a high-traffic ticketing and e-commerce experience. This role sits in a visible, delivery-focused team and covers the journey from selection through payment and confirmation, with a strong emphasis on conversion, experimentation, risk, and international expansion.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and delivering improvements to checkout and payment flows
- Driving experimentation and conversion optimisation using data and A/B testing
- Working across Engineering, Data, Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams
- Supporting rollout into new European markets (local payments, rules, complexity)
- Managing a prioritised backlog focused on measurable customer and revenue impact
What we’re looking for
- Strong checkout / e-commerce product experience (consumer-facing)
- Proven delivery of end-to-end product outcomes, not just features
- Comfortable in high-traffic, high-pressure environments
- Data-literate, metrics-driven, and experienced in experimentation
- Experience with payments, PSPs, fraud/risk or regulated environments a plus
- Multi-market / international exposure desirable

- 6-month contract, likely to extend
- £500 p/d - Outside IR35
- Mostly remote, with light London office presence (around once a week)
