Location: Banbury (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 per annum

Are you a driven Product Manager ready to take ownership of end-to-end product delivery in a scaling technology business? Our client is a fast-growing, private equitybacked software company on an exciting journey of expansion both in the UK and internationally. With recent acquisitions and major investment, theyre entering the next stage of transformation and theyre looking for a talented Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping their product suite.

The Opportunity

As Product Manager, youll be responsible for building and executing product strategy, ensuring customer needs remain at the heart of every decision. This is a highly collaborative role where youll work closely with engineering, sales, and client services teams to launch innovative, scalable solutions. Youll take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from idea generation through to delivery, and will be instrumental in driving improvements and efficiencies across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities as the Product Manager:

  • Define and deliver a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept and design through to launch and post-release optimisation.
  • Translate user and market insights into actionable stories and features.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver on technical transformation, scalability, and security.
  • Measure product performance and iterate based on data-led insights and customer feedback.
  • Champion collaboration across departments to ensure transparency and alignment.

What Were Looking For

Essential:

  • 3+ years experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong grounding in software development processes and technologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering new products or product enhancements.
  • Versatility within Agile led environments.

Desirable:

  • Experience leading product transformation or innovation projects.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • International product launch experience.
