Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node/React OR Python/React)
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + meaningful Equity
Location: Central London – Hybrid working (3 days p/w)
Key Skills: Node/TypeScript OR Python, paired with React & Agentic AI workflows (Cursor/Claude Code).

They are seeking multiple Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a lean, high-calibre team where you will own features end-to-end from database design to seamless customer experience, completely free from corporate bureaucracy.
Senior Full Stack Engineer requirements:
- 7+ years of experience with a pragmatic product engineering mindset and strong architectural capabilities
- Command of TypeScript/Node OR Python for full-stack development, alongside React and maintaining frontend design systems
- Philosophical alignment with AI-native development, actively using agentic tools like Cursor and Claude Code to drive high-velocity workflows
- Relational database experience (MySQL preferred), ORM frameworks, Docker, and AWS
- A track record of delivering measurable product outcomes, performance optimizations, and commercial impact.
