Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – UK & Northern Europe
Location: Remote (UK-Based)
Salary: £50,000 + Uncapped Commission & Accelerators
The Mission Swivel Secure is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our expansion, with a primary focus on the UK market while scaling across Northern Europe. You will drive revenue through our channel partners, meet quarterly targets, and build a sustainable, high-performing sales pipeline.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue: Lead sales opportunities through our valued channel partners.
- Strategy & Analysis: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy based on market trends and customer pain points.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a team of sales reps, establishing yourself as a regional leader.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to shape our go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: 3+ years of field sales in enterprise IT or security, with a proven track record in channel sales.
- Communicator: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional European languages (German, Dutch, French) are desirable.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Salesforce and comfortable with data-driven decisions.
- Mobile: Hold a valid driving licence and have the unrestricted right to work in the UK/Europe.
