Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Developer to help build and scale the Syce.ai web application .
You’ll work closely with the founder to turn Figma designs and AI-driven workflows into a fast, elegant, and production-ready frontend.
This is a hands-on role —you’ll directly shape the product users interact with.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, high-performance UI using React.js / Next.js
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect components
- Implement dashboard-heavy UI (charts, timelines, skill graphs, career trees)
- Integrate frontend with REST / API endpoints
- Manage state, forms, and dynamic user flows
- Ensure performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Collaborate on UX improvements and animations
- Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable component architecture
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React.js
- Hands-on experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
- Familiarity with API integration (REST / JSON)
- Understanding of component-based architecture
- Experience working with Git / GitHub
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience with ShadCN / Magic UI
- Experience building dashboards or SaaS products
- Knowledge of charts/visualization libraries
- Experience with Vercel deployment
- Understanding of UX, animations, and micro-interactions
- Prior experience working on AI-powered products
