💼 The role:

↳ Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from self-sourced outbound to close

↳ Target companies with 2,000+ employees across the UK & Europe

↳ Navigate 3–12 month cycles with six- to seven-figure deal sizes

↳ Sell to multi-stakeholder teams: CX, engineering, legal, product & security

↳ Use MEDPIC methodology to manage and forecast in Salesforce

↳ Become the go-to expert on our new AI agent product

💰 Compensation:

↳ Base: £115K – £120K

↳ OTE: £230K – £240K (50/50 split)

↳ 30% accelerator on self-sourced deals | 70% on company-sourced

↳ Uncapped commissions + competitive equity

✅ What we're looking for:

↳ 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience

↳ Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas

↳ Comfortable selling to technical buyers

↳ True hunter mentality — self-sourcing 80%+ of your pipeline
