Product Owner
Product Owner required by a leading Wealth Management on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days / week in their Swindon HQ.
As Product Owner, you will own and shape a key domain of the Adviser Toolkit, driving product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals. You will act as a true advocate for advisers and clients, ensuring their needs are represented at every stage and influence every feature delivered.
Collaborating closely with tech, change, and vendor partners you will deliver best-in-class solutions, while maintaining exceptional UX/UI and making data-driven decisions that support measurable outcomes. You will track and analyse product performance, contribute to strategic roadmaps, and build strong vendor relationships to support integration and development opportunities.
To be considered for the position, applicants must have the following:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner
- Financial services / related tech sector experience
- Experience of Financial Services systems – e.g. CRM, data management and orchestration
- Strong skills in user-centred design and journey mapping to optimise client experiences
- Familiarity with FCA regulations (COBS, ICOB, MCOB) and compliance frameworks
- Skills in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams
- Excellent vendor management and strategic roadmap skills
- Passion for empowering teams and delivering real value to a clients
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

The salary on offer is up to £60,000 (DOE) + 10% on target bonus + excellent benefits package.
