Senior PMO Analyst
Senior PMO Analyst with proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes required by a leading wealth management firm.
This is a 20-month fixed-term contract (FTC) based at their Swindon HQ, operating on a hybrid basis (3 days / week on-site) offering a basic salary between £50,000 – 60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits package.
You will work closely with the Programme Director and Heads of Portfolio to coordinate end-to-end transformation activity across a major, complex, multi-vendor digital transformation programme.
You will support Programme Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to drive successful delivery, playing a key role in maintaining control across the programme, ensuring governance standards are met, and delivering clear, accurate reporting to stakeholders at all levels.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have the following:
- Excellent experience operating at Senior PMO Analyst / PMO Lead level
- Proven track record across complex, large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Financial services experience preferred (professional services backgrounds also considered)
- Solid understanding of project lifecycles, governance, and programme methodologies
- Excellent skills in managing and maintaining delivery plans and key delivery information such as RAID data
- Strong ability to collate and produce high quality documentation (board-level papers)
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to operate across multiple teams and seniority levels
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset
