Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant, based in the UK and India. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, maintaining effective communication with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role involves identifying top talent, consulting with internal stakeholders, and developing strategies to meet recruitment goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Recruiting and Graduate Recruitment processes
- Proficiency in Consulting and building relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Strong Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet recruitment targets
- Experience in technology or enterprise software industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
