Business Architect

Synapri are on the hunt for a Business Architect on a contract basis to support a higher education customer on a CRM/ERP transformation programme. Within this role the successful candidate will be responsible for defining the organisation’s target operating model (TOM) and associated Capability Architecture.

This position will also have a focus on aligning business processes and capabilities to enable the replacement of legacy systems and support a wider business transformation, defining architectural principles and supporting the business case for the ERM/ERP programme.

Duration: 6-9 months

Rate: Outside IR35

Location: Remote with 1 day onsite in central London

Experience required:

• Proven Business Architect with a strong understanding of operating model design, capability mapping, and architecture alignment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience running workshops and design sessions
• Background in working with Enterprise Architecture and Finance teams to shape business cases and transformation strategies
• Experienced in creation transformation roadmaps and governance frameworks
