Overview

Lead the analytics function, managing a team of analysts and delivering high-quality reporting, insights, and data services. Responsible for reporting, stakeholder engagement, data quality, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Analytics team.
• Deliver reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and management information.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
• Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practice.
• Improve reporting processes and support wider data strategy initiatives.

Essential Experience

• Strong background in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting.
• Experience leading analytics teams.
• Proven delivery of enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

Desirable

• Data governance and master data experience.
• Experience within a complex, data-driven environment.
• Internal and customer-facing reporting experience.
