I am working with a Salesforce services partner to find a Mid-Market Account Executive who genuinely wants to go and hunt. Not a role for someone happy to work deals being handed to them this business needs someone who gets a buzz from building their own pipeline from scratch and closing it.
Expectations for the role:
Hunting and closing your own mid-market pipeline — £150k–£250k deals, 3–4 month cycles
Running the full sales cycle: discovery, SOW, and close
Building relationships with Salesforce AEs, SEs, and Architects in the Tower
Identifying problems and creating urgency — not waiting for work to arrive
Required experience
A proven closer with professional services or technology services sales experience
Someone who has built their own pipeline — not been handed it
Salesforce ecosystem knowledge is a strong advantage, but PS sales experience is the priority
Mid-market deal experience at the right size and cycle length
Package
£60,000 - £75,000 (DOE)
Commission paid quarterly
Incentive bonus on top
2-3 days in a London office (Tuesday - Thursday)
