Salesforce Platform Lead

Role: Salesforce Platform Lead - NPSP

Location: London – x1 a week

Paying up to £70,000

A business leading in their field are undergoing a large and exciting transformation within their existing Salesforce org (multi-cloud), looking for a Platform Lead with strong technical expertise/knowledge to lead the strategy and stakeholder communications. You will gain direct exposure to the latest NP Cloud alongside niche applications including Data Cloud and Ai features.

In this unique role, you will drive the project roadmap and ensure alignment across the business. Utilising your deep technical knowledge, you will ensure best practice and support two reports when needed across hands-on org configuration.

Requirements for this role will include:

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce (declarative, architecture)
• Solid NPSP experience and knowledge is essential
• Experience with Service Cloud, NP Cloud, Marketing Cloud – Bonus
• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders, both external and internal
• Any knowledge or exposure to strategy and roadmap is desired but upskilling can be supported upon onboarding
• Team management experience - highly desired
• Relevant certifications

We’re ideally seeking someone to work one day per week in London and you will be required to work Monday-Friday, 35 hours perk week.
