Secure-by-Design Specialist

Synapri are working with a leading Public Sector Department to bring in a Cyber Security Advisor focusing on Secure by Design. This will be a consultant role, not a fully hands-on technical role. This will deliver an advisory service to the project delivery function.

The key responsibilities will be to:

• initiate the Secure-by-Design adoption of new projects
• capture business objectives and needs
• Ensure security is captured in the business case
• Updating the Secure-by-design Self Assessment tracker
• Trace Secure-by-Design confidence and adherence to the principles throughout the project
• Ensure specific security roles and responsibilities are assigned.
• Ensure components are decommissioned securely

This will be an SC Cleared position, requiring the successful candidate to have worked on an SC Cleared role in the last 12 months.
