Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital professional to become part of a wider team which manages the suite of products. Using agile methodology in a fast-moving environment, the ability to deliver at pace is essential. You will be empowered to make key decisions, whilst working with colleagues from a range of backgrounds and expertise, ensuring that the products being delivered meet the technical needs of multiple departments and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing review and approval of key technical artefacts in support of the digital governance process and our wider delivery. You will oversee and challenge technical decisions and approaches, review user stories to ensure they accurately reflect the technical approaches outlined by architectural documentation, act as a liaison between developers and the digital team and oversee testing activities where necessary.
Essential Skills
Extensive technical platform experience as an architect or lead developer/technical lead
Extensive experience of technical delivery in an Agile development environment to GDS standards, and knowledge software development life cycles·
Experience of thinking strategically to envision, design and successfully deliver a technical strategy and roadmap.
Proven experience of successfully managing complex external delivery partner relationships.
Demonstrable experience working with xRM technologies and integrating with other technologies such as ERP platforms, data platforms, data sources or CoTs products
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Desirable Skills
Salesforce technical design experience
Responsible for building and supporting the teams delivering the work including effective scoping of work and setting of clear responsibilities.
