Senior Workday HR & Finance Reporting Analyst
Synapri are looking for an experienced Senior Workday HR & Finance Reporting Analyst to join a high-profile organisation on a contract basis.
This role will play a key part in delivering reporting and analytics solutions across both HR and Finance functions, working closely with stakeholders to provide meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards across HR and Finance modules.
- Utilise Workday Prism Analytics to deliver advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and ETL activities to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Support and maintain Workday security configurations, ensuring appropriate access controls and governance.
- Provide expert guidance on reporting best practices and Workday analytics capabilities.
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
- Proven experience delivering reporting solutions across multiple Workday HR and Finance modules.
- Solid understanding of data mapping, data transformation, and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Security, including roles, domains, and permissions.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
