Role Description
The Lead Development Executive - Outbound - Ecommerce; will be responsible for generating high-quality sales leads through proactive outreach and strategic communication. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, handling outbound calls and emails, conducting market research, and nurturing relationships with prospects. The role involves active collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to devise business development strategies. This is a full-time, remote based position.

- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to identify opportunities and provide insights for growth.
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively engaging with prospects and building strong client relationships.
- Proficiency to handle tasks and campaigns efficiently.
- Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
- Experience in the ecommerce or fintech sectors is an advantage.
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
