We are seeking a Tech Talent Partner to join our team to work with an exciting fintech client for a 6-month period as they rapidly scale their product and engineering teams following a successful funding round.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and create effective hiring strategies for technical roles.
- Source and Attract Talent: Build diverse pipelines using creative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, with a focus on digital, tech, and marketing talent.
- Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job description creation to screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Champion Employer Branding: Promote our employer brand and values to candidates, ensuring a compelling and authentic candidate experience.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Maintain clear, timely communication and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Advise and Train Hiring Managers: Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Utilise Recruitment Data: Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
- Workforce Planning: Anticipate future talent needs and proactively build pipelines for critical roles.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold fair, inclusive, and legally compliant hiring practices throughout the process.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience hiring into technology or product roles—this is essential for success in this position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
- Knowledge of employer branding and digital sourcing methods.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and relevant employment regulations.
