Oracle Financial Lead

Are you a seasoned Oracle Financials specialist with a passion for leading support teams and optimising financial systems? We’re seeking a dynamic Oracle Financials Front Office Support Lead to join our team in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee front-office support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules
  • Provide expert guidance on system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements
  • Manage support tickets, tracking, and reporting to senior management
  • Support integrations and interfaces with Business Intelligence (BI) and Hyperion reporting tools

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules
  • Strong expertise in BI and Hyperion planning, reporting, and analytics
  • Exposure to technical languages
  • Proven leadership skills in managing support teams or projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience supporting Oracle Financials in a front-office capacity
  • Deep understanding of BI and Hyperion environments
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Financials and Hyperion are a plus

This is a multi year contract role to join the Synechron SI Practice, based from city office (x4 days in office) - Strong market rates
