Senior Backend Engineer

What You’ll Do

• :
  Partner with Product Owners to understand requirements and translate them into focused, deliverable item
• s.Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable microservices following DevOps and Agile principle
• s.Take ownership of end-to-end delivery — from design to deploymen
• t.Provide rapid production support, troubleshoot incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solution
• s.Act as a trusted technical advisor for platform users, resolving queries and removing blockers efficientl
• y.Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous platform evolutio
• n.Proactively address technical debt, and uphold security and vulnerability standard
• s.Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster a high-performing, collaborative team cultur

What We’re Looking F

• or:
  8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or technical lead role in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or
• SRE.Strong understanding of modern microservice architectures, HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, service meshes, and API gatew
• ays.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Cloj
• ure.Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Influ
• xDB.Proven ability to manage critical production incidents under press
• ure.Strong communication skills and experience working with geographically distributed te
• ams.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvem
