Location: (Hybrid 2-3 days a week onsite)

Status: Outside IR35

Rate: Neg

Duration: Initial 6 months (Extensions due)

Role

As a Dynamics 365 Developer within the team, you will design, develop, support, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, working across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dataverse solutions
• Build integrations using Dataverse/Dynamics 365 Web APIs, Azure services, and third-party APIs
• Develop custom functionality: C# Plugins, Custom APIs, PCF Controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Configure Dynamics 365 security models and access controls
• Write and maintain automated unit tests
• Deploy and manage changes via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to solution design and code reviews

Required Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years' hands-on Dynamics 365 and Dataverse development experience
• Strong experience with C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Workflow Activities
• Experience building integrations using REST APIs and OAuth
• Experience with PCF Controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience with automated unit testing (MSTest, NUnit, xUnit, or similar) and TDD
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment management
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security architecture
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Strong analytical and communication skills
