Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for an experienced Synergist user to join our QA Tester team. No prior testing experience is needed - your insider knowledge becomes your superpower. We want someone who can turn that knowledge into testing gold. If you have a keen eye for detail, patience, and a passion for improving user experience, we’ll provide the training and support to help you become a skilled QA Tester.

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 a year

Location: Cheadle Hulme, Manchester (Hybrid position 2-3 days in office depending on location - fully flexible working hours)

What we’re looking for

• Experienced Synergist software user
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Patience and a methodical approach
• Willingness to learn and grow into a QA role

What you’ll do

• Bring in your current knowledge and expertise on Synergist
• Learn and apply QA methodologies to Synergist software
• Perform functional, performance, and regression testing
• Collaborate with developers and the QA team
• Plan, script, and execute tests
• Identify and report bugs
• Document release notes and attend daily stand-ups
