Cash Systems Consultant - Contract - Hybrid Working/London - £competitive

Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Cash Systems Consultant to work at a leading consultancy client on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will support a client assignment focused on the operating models and processes associated with physical cash handling. The assignment will focus on understanding, assessing and/or designing operating models across the physical cash life cycle.

The candidate will contribute to driving operational excellence and supporting strategic transformation in global cash processes.

Experience required:

Experience in operating model design, process mapping, transformation, benchmarking or operational improvement would be particularly relevant, as would experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Process optimisation, automation and operating model designs
• Banking operations transformation and process improvement
• Operational controls, governance and risk management
• Physical cash handling and processing operations
• Cash replenishment, collection and distribution processes
• Cash centres, vault operations and cash logistics
• Cash forecasting, inventory management and reconciliation
• Cash-in-transit and third-party cash service providers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively
