DV Cleared EUC/VDI Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared EUC/VDI Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across secure Windows desktop, virtual desktop and application environments.
The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and VMware Horizon/VDI environments, ideally within Defence, Government or other highly secure environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line technical support across Windows desktop and EUC environments.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed devices.
- Support Active Directory, Group Policy and user/device administration.
- Provide technical support across VMware Horizon/VDI environments.
- Troubleshoot virtual desktops, desktop pools, user sessions and connectivity issues.
- Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
- Assist with application packaging and software deployment.
- Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, application and virtual desktop incidents.
- Work with infrastructure, application and security teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow strict change/configuration management processes.
- Work within secure Government/Defence environments and associated security procedures.
