SAP Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition function on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic SAP hiring across the UK, particularly within Defence and major enterprise programmes. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to identify, attract, and deliver high-quality SAP talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full life cycle recruitment for SAP roles across multiple business units

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a range of SAP skill sets

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of SAP professionals across functional and technical domains

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insight

• Manage candidate engagement, offer processes, and onboarding activities

• Collaborate with internal teams including Labour Desk, Smart Labour, and market intelligence

• Work towards performance-based recruitment targets

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience recruiting for SAP roles (Functional, Technical, Basis, HANA, etc.)

• Experience supporting roles requiring UK Security Clearance (BPSS, SC, DV)

• Solid understanding of SAP technologies and associated skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors or similar)

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organisation
