SC Cleared EBSA Delivery Manager

We are currently seeking an SC Cleared EBSA Delivery Manager on behalf of a global client for a major public-sector programme. The successful candidate will lead delivery across multiple cloud and infrastructure workstreams, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, robust governance, and the successful delivery of high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery activity across multiple cloud and infrastructure teams

• Coordinate priorities, dependencies and delivery plans

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the organisation

• Manage budgets and financial controls

• Maintain delivery roadmaps with forecasts and confidence levels

• Use delivery metrics to drive improvements

• Support teams through full delivery life cycle (prepare, deliver, improve)

• Ensure strong delivery governance and decision-making structures

• Operate within an agile, CI/CD environment

Essential Technical Skills

• AWS

• CloudFormation or Terraform

• Nginx

• Linux administration

• Packer

• Collaboration tools (Git, Jira, Confluence)

For senior candidates:

• Kubernetes

• Docker

• HashiCorp stack (Packer, Consul, Vault)

Essential Delivery & Leadership Skills

• Ability to balance multiple priorities across several delivery teams

• Strong communication and stakeholder management at senior leadership level

• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

• Experience working with NFRs (availability, scalability, cost)

• Understanding of logical vs physical infrastructure

• Experience managing delivery in agile and CI environments
