SC Cleared Network Architect - Secure Enterprise Programme

A leading global IT and secure technology consultancy is seeking multiple experienced SC Cleared Network Architects to support a major secure transformation programme delivering complex enterprise network solutions across high-profile environments.

This is an opportunity to join a highly technical architecture team working on large-scale secure infrastructure projects involving enterprise networking, cloud, and next-generation Firewall technologies.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing and delivering secure network architectures across complex environments, producing high and low-level designs, and technically leading solution delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
• Designing secure enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, and Data Centre environments
• Working closely with wider architecture and engineering teams
• Leading technical delivery and supporting implementation activities
• Creating hardware Bills of Materials and technical documentation
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement
• Supporting secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions

Essential Experience

• Strong background as a Network Architect within secure or enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering architecture on large-scale infrastructure or transformation programmes
• Strong expertise across:
  • Switching & Routing
  • Enterprise Firewalls
  • Secure Network Design
  • Data Centre Networking
• Experience producing enterprise-level HLDs and LLDs
• Experience with one or more of:
  • Cisco
  • Aruba
  • Juniper
• Strong next-generation Firewall experience:
  • Palo Alto
  • Fortinet
  • Checkpoint
• CCNP level certification or equivalent experience
• Active SC Clearance

Highly Desirable

• Experience within Defence, Government, Secure Consultancy, or Critical National Infrastructure environments
• Cloud networking exposure across AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of NSX-T, VXLAN, Aruba Fabric Composer
• Experience acting as technical design authority on major programmes
