SC Cleared (SC) SAP S/4HANA PP/MM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared SAP S/4HANA PP Senior Consultant on behalf of a global consultancy delivering large-scale transformation programmes within secure UK government and defence environments. This role is central to designing and delivering advanced manufacturing and production solutions across complex S/4HANA landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA PP & Production Execution solutions
Define and configure PP processes: MTS, MTO, Discrete, Repetitive & Shop Floor
Conduct detailed discovery and design workshops with manufacturing stakeholders
Integrate PP with MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, IBP and MES platforms
Drive S/4 innovations including MRP Live, Embedded analytics and scheduling tools
Support bids, RFPs and pre-sales for manufacturing-led S/4 programmes
Collaborate with architects, data teams and programme leadership across secure projects
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery excellence

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong SAP PP expertise with extensive hands-on S/4HANA configuration
Experience in secure government, defence or regulated industries
Proven delivery across multiple full life cycle S/4HANA programmes
Deep knowledge of Demand Management, Routing/BOMs, MRP, capacity planning
Integration experience with MES (PI/PO, MII or third-party MES)
Strong stakeholder management and workshop leadership skills
Experience delivering within SAP Activate/Agile environments
