Security Cleared (SC) Axway API Developer/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared (SC) Axway API Developer/Administrator to join an established team, supporting multiple projects.

*Due to the nature of the project and role, the successful candidate will have a valid UK SC Clearance prior to the start.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Axway policies, supporting DevOps-driven automation, and providing technical administration across the Axway environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Axway policies and containers using Axway Policy Studio v7.7.

• Support automated testing and code deployment using a DevOps toolset.

• Provide technical support and resolve integration issues.

• Administer Axway environments (Policy Studio, API Manager, Cassandra, API Gateway).

• Deploy Axway patches, monitor system capacity, and deliver service improvements.

• Liaise with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Technical Knowledge

• Axway API Gateway 7.7

• SFTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS

• OAuth, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, MIME

• Linux Scripting

Experience Required

• Proven experience delivering API Gateway policies and Managed File Transfers (MFT) using Axway API Gateway 7.7.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Contract Details

• Duration: 6 months (initial)

• Start: September 2025

• Location: Remote UK (occasional travel may apply)
