I'm currently looking for an experienced security cleared ServiceNow ITOM Technical Architect to support the design and delivery of IT Operations Management capabilities within a complex enterprise environment. This is an architecture-focused role requiring strong hands-on experience across ITOM, Event Management, AI Ops and CSDM/CMDB.
Essential Experience
- Security clearance (SC)
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Technical Architect
- Extensive hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Strong expertise in: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and AI Ops/Operational Intelligence
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and infrastructure platforms
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Enterprise Service Management
- Experience designing secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow ITOM architecture and solution design
- Define technical architecture across Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery and CMDB
- Provide technical governance and assurance across delivery teams
- Design scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring/infrastructure tooling
- Support solution estimation, planning and approvals
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements and architecture roadmaps
- Ensure CMDB/CSDM supports service visibility, operations and reporting
- Provide technical leadership to developers, administrators and project teams
