Transformation Migration Analyst - Loan IQ/ACBS

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Migration Analyst with strong Loan IQ and ACBS expertise to support a major Wholesale Lending transformation programme within a large financial services environment.

This role will play a key part in the migration of Corporate and Investment Banking lending platforms from ACBS to Finastra Fusion Loan IQ, working closely with business, operations, and technology teams.

Role Overview

• Support end-to-end migration of Wholesale Lending from ACBS to Loan IQ

• Perform business analysis, current vs future state gap analysis, and requirements documentation

• Lead data migration activities including dry runs, reconciliations, and go-live support

• Drive testing activities including test scripts creation, execution, and UAT support

• Work closely with operations, technology, controls, and offshore teams

• Support operational readiness, training, and transition into BAU

• Ensure governance, risk, and control standards are met throughout the programme

Essential Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with ACBS within Corporate or Investment Banking Lending

• Strong experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ (operations, configuration, or migration projects)

• Proven knowledge of Corporate & IB Lending processes, including loan servicing and syndicated lending

• Experience running or contributing to migration pods or workstreams

• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly

• Eligible for BPSS clearance

• Able to work onsite in London 2-3 days per week

Desirable

• Project delivery or project management experience

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Experience using Jira, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Lending knowledge across multiple debt products

• Experience working closely with Transformation and Change teams
