This is a growth-focused, high-visibility role where you’ll lead large-scale Oracle transformation deals and expand strategic relationships across key enterprise accounts.

You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology, driving initiatives across ERP, HCM, SCM, and Oracle Cloud platforms, while unlocking wider opportunities across a full enterprise applications portfolio.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from origination through to deal closure
  • Drive strategic Oracle pursuits, shaping compelling, outcome-led value propositions
  • Expand revenue through cross-sell opportunities across enterprise apps (including SaaS and cloud solutions)
  • Collaborate with presales, architects, and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies and pipeline plans
  • Represent the organisation at executive briefings, industry events, and partner forums

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Oracle sales within enterprise IT services
  • Strong track record of closing complex, consultative transformation deals (ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI)
  • Expertise across domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HCM
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud, SaaS transformation, and modernisation programmes
  • Ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders
  • Commercially driven with a strong, strategic sales mindset
  • UK-based with eligibility for Security Clearance
  • Open to travel as required
