We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated security cleared Lead Project Controller to provide leadership and expertise across a complex engineering programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust planning, scheduling, governance, risk management and performance reporting, contributing directly to the successful delivery of critical engineering projects

Essential Requiremen

• tsExpert-level proficiency in Primavera P
• 6.Extensive and demonstrable experience in Project Controls, Planning and Project Management methodologies, including Agile, within large-scale and complex engineering programme
• s.Proven experience supporting multidisciplinary teams in schedule developme
• ntExperience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and SAP Business Object
• s.Strong understanding of all project lifecycle phases, particularly initiation, planning and executio
• n.Demonstrated expertise in Schedule Risk Analysis methodologies, including risk identification, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and recommendation of mitigation action
• s.Previous experience in coaching, mentoring or leading project controls team
