SAP Signavio Administrator

We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Administrator to support a major transformation programme, owning and optimising the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite across the enterprise. This role is hands-on and will involve platform administration, security, SSO, governance enforcement, and integration support with core SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

  • Administer the full SAP Signavio Suite: Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Insights, Journey Modeler
  • Manage users, RBAC, roles, groups, and licence allocation
  • Maintain workspace structure, naming conventions, and taxonomy
  • Monitor system health, performance, availability, and security
  • Handle versioning, approvals, workflow management and publishing
  • Manage upgrades, patches, feature releases and platform optimisation

Security & SSO

  • Configure and maintain SSO (Azure AD, Okta, Ping)
  • Enforce access governance and Segregation of Duties
  • Support security, audit, privacy and vulnerability controls

Integration Support

  • Support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager and Process Insights
  • Assist with data pipelines for Insights/Intelligence
  • Work closely with SAP Basis and integration teams

Governance & Compliance

  • Implement modelling standards, naming conventions and governance rules
  • Maintain documentation across configuration, architecture, integrations and security controls
  • Monitor content quality, publishing discipline and compliance adherence
  • Support internal audits and process reviews

User Support & Enablement

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Signavio issues
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding
  • Deliver training, create user guides and promote adoption
  • Track usage trends and propose improvements

Essential Experience

  • Strong hands-on SAP Signavio Suite administration
  • Workspace configuration, access control, governance frameworks
  • SSO/IDP configuration (Azure AD, Okta, Ping etc.)
  • Experience integrating with S/4HANA, Cloud ALM or SolMan
  • Understanding of BPMN 2.0
  • Knowledge of SaaS security, compliance and data governance
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting and documentation skills

Desirable

  • SAP Signavio certifications
  • 2-5 years SaaS or SAP platform administration
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
