Senior Sales Professional
Senior Sales Professional - Hybrid working (London/Remote) - Permanent - £80-120,000 per year + commission
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a number of highly skilled Senior Sales Professionals to work at a client of ours who are one of the leading global technology organisations.
We are seeking salespeople with a significant background in securing new business, and those with a passion for managing the full sales lifecycle, from the first point of outreach, through to closing the agreement. Those with experience of the whole buyer journey would be ideal, and those who can differentiate themselves in an already competitive market.
We are hiring for professionals who have experience working in one (or more) of the following areas of expertise:
- Banking/FinTech/Payments
- Cyber Security
- Defence Technology
- Cloud & Infrastructure
The key focus of these roles is to manage and grow a list of accounts, developing account plans to expand business with existing clients and also to win new business and finalise agreements, maintaining strong relationships throughout every stage of the sales cycle.
Experience required:
- A demonstrable background in sales/business development, with a proven ability to engage in both business and technical conversations across all levels of an organisation
- A self-starter who possesses an analytical mindset with a passion for understanding business models and quantifying value
- Proven success in consultative selling, and able to demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Having an existing network of clients and relationships would be desirable, and a strong technical knowledge that adds value to prospecting and business engagement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
