We’re working with a global IT services leader that’s building something special — and they’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Sales Professional to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across Europe.

This is a high-impact, senior sales leadership role where you’ll lead complex, multi-million-pound transformation engagements and partner with some of the world’s most respected enterprises.

You’ll operate at the forefront of digital transformation — engaging C-suite stakeholders, shaping enterprise-wide strategies, and delivering platform-led innovation across IT, HR, Customer Operations, and beyond.

Working across consulting, engineering, and enterprise applications, you’ll help organisations modernise workflows, optimise operations, and unlock real business value through ServiceNow.

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and lead the full sales lifecycle for large, complex ServiceNow opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
  • Shape outcome-led transformation propositions combining consulting and engineering capabilities
  • Drive enterprise deals across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and more
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with architects, consulting leaders, and partners to deliver high-value solutions
  • Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across a broad technology portfolio
  • Represent the organisation at executive briefings and industry events

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in senior ServiceNow sales within enterprise IT or consulting
  • Strong track record of closing large, complex transformation deals
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and workflow automation
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
  • UK-based with eligibility for Security Clearance
  • Willingness to travel as required
