We’re working with a global IT services leader that’s building something special — and they’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Sales Professional to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across Europe.
This is a high-impact, senior sales leadership role where you’ll lead complex, multi-million-pound transformation engagements and partner with some of the world’s most respected enterprises.

Working across consulting, engineering, and enterprise applications, you’ll help organisations modernise workflows, optimise operations, and unlock real business value through ServiceNow.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead the full sales lifecycle for large, complex ServiceNow opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
- Shape outcome-led transformation propositions combining consulting and engineering capabilities
- Drive enterprise deals across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and more
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, consulting leaders, and partners to deliver high-value solutions
- Identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across a broad technology portfolio
- Represent the organisation at executive briefings and industry events
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in senior ServiceNow sales within enterprise IT or consulting
- Strong track record of closing large, complex transformation deals
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform and workflow automation
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- UK-based with eligibility for Security Clearance
- Willingness to travel as required
