About your role as a Product Owner: Reporting to the Head of Software, as Synertec’s Product Owner, you will support the Core SDLC Team in driving delivery and alignment between business and engineering. You’ll take charge of backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, requirement gathering, and ensuring clear visibility and communication across stakeholders. You will maintain, govern and apply the prioritisation framework we currently use (evaluation, scoring, roadmap building), ensuring all requirements are gathered from the business to enable the software team to assess required effort and determine ROI.
