Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, the role ensures business requirements are understood, processes are analysed and improved, and change is effectively embedded across the organisation.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within business change, transformation, or organisational change projects.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process improvements.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Experience supporting change implementation and adoption activities.
- Experience working within project delivery environments.
Knowledge
- Business Analysis methodologies and tools.
- Business Change and Change Management principles.
- Process mapping and business process improvement techniques.
