Summary:
Provide strategic and hands-on technical leadership for a fintech / AI / data business. Own architecture, guide product development, and ensure scalable, secure systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define tech strategy & roadmap
• Lead architecture (cloud, APIs, data/AI pipelines)
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance
• Build, mentor, and structure the engineering & product team
• Manage and oversee partners, vendors, and suppliers
• Oversee data strategy & infrastructure
• Align tech with product and business goals

Requirements:

• Former CTO / VP Eng / technical founder
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams
• Experience working with partners, vendors, and suppliers
• Background in fintech, AI/ML, or data platforms
• Track record scaling from MVP to production
• Strong cloud & modern architecture knowledge
• Strategic + hands-on capability
