A skilled Business Change Manager needed with active SC Security Clearance for a 6 Month, Outside IR35 contract.

Hybrid working with 2 days/week on site in central London. 3 days/week remote working. Start asap, ideally early May 2024.

A chance to work with a leading digital transformation business on large-scale IT modernisation programmes for Government. Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience is essential.

Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

• • Must offer strong change strategy and planning expertise as well as develop and implement them effectively.
  • Influence tools and processes to create a strategy that supports adoption of required changes.
  • Project management and implementation expertise, delivering project management support for all aspects of change projects.
  • Lead the end-to-end business change management process, from requirement gathering to implementation- Process redesign and change management principles.
  • Ability to maximise employee adoption and usage of required changes.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Experience with implementing Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills in order to collaborate with senior leaders, executives, and project managers - integrating change management  activities.
  • The ability to integrate social media into the customer journey.
  • Experience writing project documentation, including business requirements and system specifications.
