Exit Programme/Project Manager (Exit & Transition) needed for a 3-4 Month Rolling Contract based in London or Newbury (Hybrid) 2 to 3 days per week. Start ASAP ideally October 2026.
Paying up to £(Apply online only)/day (Outside IR35).
Working with a global IT Consultancy Exit Project/Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end transition and exit of services.
The role will be accountable for Planning, Governance, Contractual Compliance, Stakeholder Management, knowledge transfer, Service Transition, Operational handover. Desirable Experience managing SIAM or multi-supplier environments.
Ideally start in October 2026. This is a chance to work with an established globally recognised Digital, IT and Network Services Consultancy.
Key skills and experience:
- Previous experience leading large-scale Managed Service exits or service transitions.
- Demonstrable experience acting as an Exit Manager, Transition Manager or Senior Programme Manager.
- Experience delivering complex contractual transitions valued £10m+.
- Strong governance, planning and risk management capability.
- Experience working with multiple suppliers and customer organisations.
- Experience managing knowledge transfer and operational handover activities.
- Commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Desirable Experience

- Agile / Sprint Programme delivery experience.
- Experience supporting service transition into a managed service provider.
