ServiceNow Architect needed for a 6 Month Contract. A chance to work with a global IT Consultancy on a ServiceNow project for an external client.

Hybrid working - working 3 days/week remotely from home (WFH) + 2 days/week from the office in either London or Reading (depending on your preference).

Paying up to £550/day (Outside IR35). Start ASAP ideally in September 2025. Key skills, experience + tasks will include:

• Perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of ServiceNow.
• Perform minor and major enhancements requests to a clients ServiceNow instance(s), including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data, existing workflows.
• Extensive experience of working with ServiceNow glide objects such as GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate, GlideAjax.
• Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, administration, improvement and support of latest ServiceNow platform.
• Facilitating rollout of new applications and modules in ServiceNow.
• Perform ServiceNow upgrade administration assistance to ensure clients leverage of the latest releases of the ServiceNow application ensuring implementation occurs in a timely manner with minimal disruption to client IT operations.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow and demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting.
• Deep experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB).
• Practical experience in creation or modification of the relevant CSM, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, toolset components.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM tools; demonstrated experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process area.
• Paying: to £550/day (Outside IR35).
