Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Service Analysts to join our team in Glasgow. Ideally you'll have experience working to ITIL standards and a passion for customer service as you'll be working with one of our largest customers in a hybrid role, including 2/3 days onsite.

What will you be doing?

• Assist and where required lead activities required to ensure the project completes Service Modelling under the direction of the Service Lead.
• CMDB information gathering – review current data, identify gaps and populate missing information
• for Infrastructure & Networking assets in accordance with our processes and procedures.
• Gathering information to support the addition of the service into the IT Services Portal.
• Support and assist the Service Integration process and handover to support process in accordance
• with our processes and procedures.

Who are we looking for?

• Knowledge of ITIL service management processes and practices.
• CMDB information gathering – review current data, identify gaps and populate missing information.
• Recognised ITIL Foundation Computer Sciences Certificate or equivalent.
• Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the business.
• Strong planning and documentation skills to support the Product areas in maintaining the configuration management system.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
