We are looking for an Associate Application Support Analyst to join our Application Support team, helping local authorities maximise the value of our market-leading education and social care software. What you will be doing

• Providing 2nd line support for customer incidents using Jira

Investigating and resolving technical issues using logs, SQL, and diagnostic toolsWorking closely with Product, Development, and third-party partnersReplicating issues to identify bugs and support long-term fixesCommunicating with customers clearly and regularlyTaking ownership of assigned customers and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLAsSupporting both hosted and on-premise systems

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and motivated to learn.

You will bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

A basic understanding of IT systems or softwareAn interest in SQL or programmingA proactive mindset and willingness to take ownershipThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with Jira, server environments, or remote support tools is helpful but not essential.
