What you will do

- Support the monitoring and maintenance of SQL Server and Azure SQL databases
\nAssist with backup and restore processes under guidanceRespond to alerts and escalate issues appropriatelyMaintain documentation and follow security and governance standardsContribute to team activities and on-call support as confidence growsSupport upgrading SQL server to new versionsAssist with deployment activitiesWork with the agile DBA team to gain an understanding of development and contribute towards performance tuning\n
What you will bring

- A basic understanding of SQL Server or relational databases
\nAwareness of cloud technologies, ideally Microsoft AzureA genuine willingness to learn and develop new technical skillsStrong attention to detail and a structured approach to tasksGood communication skills and a team-first mindset\n
