The Business Systems Manager is responsible for aligning business strategy, operational processes and technology capabilities to drive organisational performance and growth.Business Systems Manager will be based at either our Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckingtonsites. This role allows for flexible working.The salary for this role is up to £65k, depending on experience.Whatyoullbedoing Lead the development of business systems capability roadmapsEvaluate current business systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for transformation and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain strategic plans for business systems that align with the wider business strategy goals and evolving business needsCreate and communicate a clear vision for the evolution of business systems, ensuring solutions support growth, efficiency, compliance, and align with wider company objectivesMonitor industry trends, technology developments, and best practices to inform future system capabilities and roadmap planningOversee the evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of business systems and enterprise applicationsCollaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define system requirements and solution roadmapsBuild strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment between business priorities and systems capabilitiesInfluence decision-making through clear communication, analysis, and strategic recommendationsProvide line managementAbout our companyAt SEA, we develop and deliver advanced solutions to make our world safer, cleaner and more efficient.We provide state-of-the-art applications for naval ship and fleet protection, and undersea surveillance systems.
