Business Systems Manager

The Business Systems Manager is responsible for aligning business strategy, operational processes and technology capabilities to drive organisational performance and growth.
Business Systems Manager will be based at either our Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckingtonsites. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £65k, depending on experience. Whatyoullbedoing Lead the development of business systems capability roadmaps
Evaluate current business systems, and operating models to identify opportunities for transformation and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain strategic plans for business systems that align with the wider business strategy goals and evolving business needs
Create and communicate a clear vision for the evolution of business systems, ensuring solutions support growth, efficiency, compliance, and align with wider company objectives
Monitor industry trends, technology developments, and best practices to inform future system capabilities and roadmap planning
Oversee the evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of business systems and enterprise applications
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to define system requirements and solution roadmaps
Build strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment between business priorities and systems capabilities
Influence decision-making through clear communication, analysis, and strategic recommendations
Provide line management

Theskills you need Significant experience in business systems management, business transformation, strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles
Extensive experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, SQL
Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies and organisational change management
Project & Program Management
Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Data-Driven Decision Making with strong Commercial Awareness
